Caity's World, Part 31The humvee rumbled and bumped along the worn dirt road and ground to a halt in the blue-tinged darkness. This road had once been real asphalt, paved and painted, but years of disuse by vanished humans and abuse by unnatural nature had left it as little more than a lumpy dirt two-track. It was difficult to believe the surrounding dense foliage was a mere mile from what had once been a major city.
